Refund Policy

  • All items are made to order unless specified otherwise. 
  • Initial designs and the first set of amends are free of charge do not charge after this a non refundable deposit of £50 will be required which will be deducted from the chosen design should you proceed. 
  • All designs remain the property of AJM Jewellery Ltd. 
  • All quotes will be valid for 7 days. After this period we will re quote to allow for fluctuation in the precious metals and gemstones market. 
  • All pieces will comply with theUK hallmarking laws, more information can be found here…
  • If we are working with or using customers metal or gemstones we will not be liable for any damage unless agreed otherwise. All work is undertaken under at the owners risk. 
  • Any amendments to a finished piece needs to be completed by us. If any amendments are made by a third party we reserve to right to refuse any future work. 
  • Unless agreed otherwise we reserve to right to charge for any amendments once I live had been completed. 
  • Although re sizing of our finished pieces are generally free of charge this is only agreed on an individual basis.
  • If for any reason you do not wish to go any further after a deposit has been made no refund will be given unless agreed otherwise. 
  • If you wish to pay in smaller instalments this is possible if agreed but work will not start on your project until 50% has been paid. 
  • Collection of the piece can only be completed once full payment is made of any amount outstanding. 
  • Upon approval of designs we do ask for a 50% non refundable deposit. This will help towards covering the cost of any materials and also any initial labour expenses. 
  • If for any reason you do not wish to go any further after a deposit has been made no refund will be given unless agreed otherwise. 
  • If you wish to pay in smaller instalments this is possible if agreed but work will not start on your project until 50% has been paid. 
  • Collection of the piece can only be completed once full payment is made of any amount outstanding. 
  • We offer payment via BACS (bank transfer). 
  • We also take payment by most credit and debit cards however this can only be done in person and there will be a 5% surcharge.
  • All payments are subject to VAT
  • Invoices are to be paid within 7 days or receipt, after this point the price will be required.
