With the bespoke design process, you can expect the initial design in 7-10 business days. Any modifications will extend the turnaround.
Once a design is approved, we would like to have 6-8 weeks for production. We do all of our work on-site, so we can be flexible and methodical in our approach. The whole process can take 8-12 weeks. However, we can often accommodate if you have a particular date set.
Price is dependant on the amount of labour and the type of materials involved in your piece. We can work with your budget in mind.
The bespoke process allows you pick, adjust and manage the process from selecting your gemstones to the metal used.
Our consultations are free, no obligation appointments in person or online. We can then share a quote with you alongside some designs if you would like to go ahead.
Yes, we do! We are happy to use recycled metal, and gemstones we ethically source our material.
Our suppliers only work with conflict-free gemstones, and we also offer lab grown diamonds as well as fair-trade metals.
We can remodel jewellery using existing metal, family heirlooms and create a new piece or pieces of jewellery. All precious metals and gemstones can be used!
Yes we do! We are happy to review, weigh and advice on the best way to scrap metal and do it for you. Metal prices are set twice daily so for an up to date value get in touch.
We repair jewellery in around 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the repair needed.
We are happy to advise the best and most cost effective way to repair.
We are very experienced in making ash jewellery. We are really honoured to be trusted with your loved ones & pets.
We can resize, rhodium plate, polish & check over all of your jewellery.
For a bespoke piece, a 50% deposit is required, and once you are happy to go ahead we will then begin the bespoke making process.
We ask that the final payment be made upon collection. *Our quotes are subject to daily material fluctuations.
You can make payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or PayPal.
We can create a thorough valuation report for insurance purposes that can be easily updated when needed.
As all of our pieces are bespoke, materials are specifically sourced for your needs and therefor we do not accept returns. However, we want our customers to be happy and can often rework the piece into something else.
